There are a wide variety of small hotels and resorts in Ubud, as well as scattered around the rugged countryside around the city. These include the world's highest rated resort, the Four Seasons at Sayan. While rooms at the Four Seasons can cost in excess of US$300, you can get a very nice room, or even a villa, at a small hotel around Ubud for much less than that.
